I don't fancy myself a cheesemonger, so I'm no expert on cheese. However, as one who loves to taste different cheeses, I think the Fromager d'Affinois is one of my best finds in recent memory. This double creme brie is buttery, smooth and rich in flavor. An 8oz chunk barely lasts a day in my house.
