Relaxing December 30, 2008

I drink this tea regularly, usually around winter time right before i go to sleep. This is the kind of tea that you want to drink while you're curled up on your favorite chair or couch reading your favorite book. I notice i sleep peacefully during the night when i drink this tea. It has a very mild and soothing flavor. Enjoy this with a tablespoon of honey.

My husband and I have a very large cup of Sleepytime every night before lights out, and we sleep soundly for 8+ hours! It has become our tradition and with consuming 4 bags a night, we were going through a 20-bag box every 5 days which was adding up at the supermarket price. When I found this on Amazon.com we couldn't believe the price difference for 6-boxes of 40 bags each or 240 tea bags total. It comes right to our door and saves us more than $1.50 per box plus the cost of gas.

Everyone in our family drinks this tea. My teenage daughters drink a cup at night. I always add a bag or two to my ice-tea blend, when I make ice-tea in the summer. A little honey with it is great.

I have sleep apnea, and after years of trying the 'alien' CPAP machine and sleep studies, I have found that three bags of Sleepy Tyme Tea, and two Breathe Strips positioned on my nose, allows me to sleep through the night. This tea is GREAT.
Hope this helps someone else.
