I'm not sure if it helped my milk supply, I think so. I like the taste of this tea, but I think the Mother's Milk tea by Traditional Medicinals is better and I know that tea helped with my supply.

I'm not sure that this tea has helped my milk production, but it is very tasty, and who doesn't benefit from a nice cup of tea when trying to relax? You can't beat the 6-pack price, either!

I have tried several Nursing Teas. This tea is the best tasting Nursing Tea available out there, hands down!

This tea tastes really good, mild and refreshing. I drink it as iced tea throughout the day. Not sure that it helps with nursing any, but it makes a great iced tea that I don't have to feel guilty about drinking b/c there's no caffeine.

I drink this tea two to three times a day minimum. It has worked great for increasing my milk supply. The taste is good (but I sweeten it with 1 tsp of sugar). The 6 pack makes it convenient. I go through about a box a week and by ordering the 6 pack I don't have to worry about tracking down a store that carries this product.
