This bancha is excellent! I drink a cup in the morning and one in the afternoon. I find that is soothes my stomach on the metro ride in. Sometimes the metro cars are a bit bumpy and I feel a little queezy.
In the afternoon I sometimes have a cup of the bancha as a pick me up. It's a lot better than a cup of coffee for me.
The tea comes in a zip lock pouch so it's easy to keep.

This is a very good Bancha, don't let it steep too long and follow the directions for heating the water.
