5 out of 5 stars LESS CAFFEINE THAN BLACK TEAS, LESS FLUORIDE THAN BLACK AND GREEN TEAS   September 16, 2008

As the title suggests, white tea is perfect for the person who drinks tea as a major beverage and is worried about caffeine and fluoride. A 2004 study found that white tea had more anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities than green tea. The organic white Ceylon tea is no longer available, but this product is almost as good a buy. Wikipedia says that one can get three infusions from white tea leaves and I've found that to be the case. Simply steep the first time for four minutes, the second for eight, and the third for twelve. Et voila!

5 out of 5 stars Very nice tea.. makes EXCELLENT iced tea!   April 28, 2008

I originally found this huge box of tea at Marshall's and bought it because it was inexpensive.. After making both hot tea, and iced tea with it, I bought what they had left in the store, but, they don't seem to have it anymore. It made such nice iced tea (I drink green tea all day) that I went online and ordered it on Amazon.. still a good price and they have an organic version as well for a little more money.. I bought both, but, have not tried the organic version yet.. I'm assuming it's just as good. I highly recommend this tea and it is well worth the price.

Best tasting white tea, or actually, any tea, that I've had in a long time. Packaged beautifully.
