This is excellently packaged! The buds are fresh and the tea infuses very well. It's a white tea so its not suppose to make a dark brew. This is a pleasant, relaxing tea and leaves you yearning for more. There are ample health benefit to this tea. To many to list here. If you Google "white tea" you will see what I am talking about and what you will read is very true!
The quality of service that I received from Amazon.com was excellent as well. Their staff is eager to please, more than efficient and the most pleasant people that I have dealt with in a very long time. My hat is off to both the product and the service! Thank you!! Very Much!
