Harney and Sons does a real service to providing affordable tea. This white is very light and elegant. The bergamont is so soft. Brew your white teas with care or you may recieve a bitter cup of tea. Harney and Sons makes the great flavor of loose tea available by putting real loose tea in these little silk sachets for ease. Each tea bag, brewed properly (the directions are on the tin), can yield two cups of tea. This is my favoite white, I would whole heartedly recommend it.

I picked up my first small tin of this at a Starbucks - and now I'm hooked! I'm usually a Lady Grey kind of girl... like Earl Grey, but lighter and more lemony-orangey. This tea is even lighter-tasting and with more citrus flavor. Plus - they come in little pyramid-shaped SILK bags!! I'm kind of a tea snob, so this was perfect for me. It turned my precious tea time into an escape!! It smells decadent and tastes delicious even without sugar! I'm loving the white teas... it's too bad this particular one is only available in stores in the winter. Thank goodness for Amazon!!

I wanted to try a white tea for its health benefits. I am more of an iced tea drinker and this one is great cold. Add a little ice and a splenda and it is very very refreshing! Good smooth taste, a health drink that tastes really good!
