Great cookies with kids with food sensitivities! October 10, 2008

My son and I (and the whole family) loves these cookies! They are like oreos but "don't hurt our tummies" as my son says. I just wish they were also soy-free (they contain soy lecithin) so we can only have one every few days, but other than that, they are great! Much better than any others we have tried. They are not hard as rocks like the others.

These are the only gluten free cookies I have ever tried that truly taste like Oreos! If you liked Oreos before and can't have them now, this is your cookie. I plan to use them to make cookies and cream ice cream next! They are a little pricey (near $6 at my health food store, but better priced here) but totally worth it.

These cookies are very, very good. They taste EXACTLY like Oreos. It's hard to find tasty snacks for a special diet, but my son and I love this one!
