Perhaps it's because I live in northern Canada (although that shouldn't be an excuse), but it took a few days for the product to be shipped. Once, however, it was, it arrive on the last day of the projected delivery day.
No complaints.
Only bought it January 11, 2007

Bought it for the ice cream maker which did not make ice cream since then sitting in the fridge.
